Id like to form a 3-4 piece band (piano, bass, drums guitar/sax alternate). Ive been in tons of cover bands both bad and good. Usually with success comes problems and the bands would break up. The vision I have is doing covers w/ a unique style like an unplugged band but without the cheesy piano bar schtick. In order for this to work, every musician must be able to sing. And also be able to play a song the way the original artist might play it LIVE, instead of simply duplicating a record. Every other cover band in town does that, and often not well. Bassists influenced by Marcus Miller and Larry Graham would have the style Im interested in. Drummers who like Stewart Copeland and similar artists are great. Other than that, sex and age are irrelevant to me. My profile and bio are on my website at www.fivebyfiveband.com. Contact me at CAJPhoto@Yahoo.com for further information

I am an experience drummer that has recently been playing Blues, Jazz, and R&B. Looking for a new project as long as it does not contain metal, hip-hop, or punk. I be willing to listen to what more you have in mind. I live in the Naperville area and have pro equipment and transportation.
