The Sadies are releasing a double live album, The Sadies, Volume 1 coming out the end of July. It was recorded live the first weekend in Feb. in Toronto and features Neko Case, Jon Langford, Gary Louris, Blue Rodeo, Jon Spencer, Garth Hudson, Kelly Hogan, The Good Brothers and more. I should have the master this week and I’ll get CD-Rs out to you asap. They’ll be touring the States Sept/Oct. (In September – they’ve also got a soundtrack album coming out for Ron Mann’s Tales of the Rat Fink, a feature doc on Ed “Big Daddy” Roth, Kustom Car Culture and, of course, Rat Fink.)
